Founded in 1987, Shenyang Great Wall Lubricant Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of lubricants, special oils and additive‑series products. Located at No.4 West Hangzhou Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the company covers a land area of 27,325 square meters with a building area of 7,452 square meters.

The company has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. It has been awarded the title of “Qualified Unit Passing Total Quality Management Acceptance” by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China, and obtained the Product Quality Certificate issued by Shenyang Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

Equipped with advanced and complete inspection instruments, the company owns elemental and content‑testing equipment such as spectrometers and chromatographs, as well as oil high‑temperature high‑shear testers. Shear stability tests can be performed by means of tapered roller bearings, diesel fuel nozzles and ultrasonic methods. The cold‑cranking simulator method is adopted to determine the low‑temperature dynamic viscosity of oils. Professional instruments are deployed to measure the low‑temperature Brinell viscosity of gear oils, and rotating bomb oxidation tests are applied to evaluate the oxidation stability of oils.

The company mainly manufactures lubricants and lubricant additive‑series products under the registered trademark “RUNCHI”, boasting a complete product portfolio.

Its lubricant product range covers engine oils, automotive gear oils, industrial gear oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, compressor oils and other series. The engine oils, automotive gear oils and hydraulic transmission oils manufactured by the company are supplied to China FAW Group Corporation for original‑equipment filling and after‑sales service applications.

Petroleum lubricant additives include viscosity index improvers, petroleum lubricant pour‑point depressants, gear oil compound additives and other products.

As one of China’s early enterprises to develop and apply ethylene‑propylene rubber for producing ethylene‑propylene copolymer viscosity index improvers (OCP), the company currently manufactures and sells grades such as T615 and T616 with excellent quality and performance, delivering an annual output of 12,000 tons. It acts as a key supplier of viscosity index improvers for PetroChina Lubricant Company and Sinopec.

To meet market demands for upgraded oil products, the company has independently developed polymethacrylate (PMA) series products through years of technical research, featuring advanced technology and environmental‑friendly properties. The product line includes viscosity index improvers and pour‑point depressants, applicable to the formulation of internal‑combustion engine oils, low‑temperature hydraulic oils, gear oils, industrial oils, transformer oils and many other oil varieties with high cost‑effectiveness. Current product grades cover SCR‑178, SCR‑248, SCR‑9050, SCR‑9138 and other series. Evaluated by Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, the technical performance of this product series has reached the domestic advanced level. These products exhibit good compatibility with various domestic and foreign base oils, satisfying diverse production and application requirements.
