Product Introduction

T808A is an efficient pour point depressant of fumaric acid ester - vinyl acetate copolymer admixture, adopting advanced fatty alcohols as raw materials, using advanced technology and manufacturing process. Suitable for paraffin base, intermediate base base oil, etc.

Product Performance

Excellent depressant performance, little dose for good effect. Excellent low temperature performance. Clear and good transparency. Excellent shear stability, high temperature stability and antioxidant stability. Suitable for engine oil, hydraulic transmission oil, gear oil etc. The product has a stable quality and higher cost performance compared to the similar products.

Physical properties

Add 0.5% to HVI150 base oil (freezing point -14±1℃), and the freezing point reduction value is the degree of pour point.

Recommended dosage: The recommended dosage for T808A is 0.1 to 0.5%, depending on the actual application. For details, please consult our additive application engineers.

Packing and precautions

Please refer to SH/T0164 for transportation, storage and handling. Net weight: 170 Kg/drum, packed in 200 liter metal drum. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. Best Blending temperature: 50-60℃.Storage temperature below 60℃, avoid repeated heating, keep away from heat.
