Product Introduction

SCR-158 is polymethacrylate type pour point depressant, using high grade fatty alcohols as raw material, using advanced technology production. This product has good pour point depressant effect on paraffin base and intermediate base oil, good low temperature performance.

Product Performance

This product has good pour point depressant effect and small dosage. Colorless, good transparency; It has good shear stability; Very low acid value, no affectation on the quality of oil, can be used for engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other oil. 

This product has low price, excellent performance, stable quality.

Physical properties：

Add 0.5% to HVI150 base oil (freezing point -14±1℃), and the freezing point reduction value is the degree of pour point.

Test Typical Values

Recommended dosage: The recommended dosage for SCR-158 is 0.1 to 0.5%, depending on the actual application. For details, please consult our additive application engineers.

Packing and precautions

Please refer to SH/T0164 for transportation, storage and handling. Net weight: 170 Kg/drum, packed in 200 liter metal drum. Non-flammable,non-explosive,non-corrosive.Best Blending temperature: 50-60℃.

Storage temperature below 60℃, avoid repeated heating, keep away from heat.
